New York Jets: Jets roster rated NFL’s best by ESPN analyst Mike Clay

The New York Jets enter this season with a roster that was already pretty strong in 2023 and addressed some major holes over the offseason (e.g., the return of quarterback Aaron Rodgers to replace quarterbacks Zach Wilson, Trevor Siemian, and Tim Boyle).

Accordingly, it is no surprise that the Jets are one of the betting favorites for the next Super Bowl.

But beyond that, another source of optimism has emerged as ESPN analyst Mike Clay has released his roster ratings wherein the New York Jets rank not just in the top 3 but #1 overall.

Of note, the offensive line is given his second highest score, which is a far cry from the play that Jets fans saw along the offensive line in 2023 and would be a welcome sight in 2024.

What do you think? Did Clay get his ranking of the Jets right or should another team be #1?
