2020SOPHOMORE SEASON: Played in seven games and made 41 tackles • forced one fumble, made one interception and totaled 0.5 tackles for loss. Game-by-Game: Made his first career start against Michigan and finished with eight tackles, 0.5 tackles for loss and one forced fumble • made eight tackles at Maryland • registered five tackles at Illinois and four against Iowa • made four tackles against Purdue • registered seven tackles and made his first career interception at Nebraska • made five tackles at Wisconsin.

2019FRESHMAN SEASON: Played in 12 games • recorded six tackles and two pass breakups. Game-by-Game: Made collegiate debut against South Dakota State • saw action against Fresno State, Georgia Southern and Purdue • recorded first collegiate tackle and broke up one pass against Illinois • broke up one pass and made one tackle against Nebraska • notched one tackle against Rutgers • competed against Penn State and Iowa • tallied two tackles at Northwestern • saw action against Wisconsin • recorded one tackle against Auburn in the Outback Bowl.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended St. Charles North High School in Saint Charles, Ill. • wore No. 27 for the North Stars • as a senior, recorded 51 tackles, five tackles for loss and broke up six passes while leading team to its first ever state final appearance • primary position on offense was receiver and he caught 42 passes for 549 yards and nine touchdowns • ran for 600 yards and 12 touchdowns on 109 carries from the quarterback position and also threw a 23-yard touchdown pass • named the 2018 Courier-News Football Player of the Year • as a junior, recorded 26 tackles including two for loss, broke up 10 passes, made two interceptions and forced one fumble • as a sophomore, recorded 18 tackles, made three interceptions and broke up two passes • attended 2018 U.S. Army All-American Combine • also played receiver for the North Stars • named a three-time academic all-conference honoree and earned All-State honors in 2018 • coached by Robert Pomazak • four-star recruit according and the No. 4 prospect in Illinois according to Rivals.
